The service will be free, but there are pre-roll ads (which I suspect ad blockers will cause issues with down the line).
It runs on a combination of Amazon’s AWS servers, as well as BlueStacks’ own now.gg, with all the heavy lifting (rendering, etc.) done via the device itself.

BlueStacks, the free Windows Android emulator, has launched a brand new version of the software that works directly in your browser.
